The public bicycle service system in the urban area of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province was officially put into operation on October 8, 2013. Based on the actual situation of Shaoyang City, a total of 30 public bicycle stations were set up on the main sections of Xihu Road, Baoqing Road, Shuangyong Road, etc., with 600 public bicycles and 680 locking posts.
