As one of the key projects benefiting the people by the Xianyang Municipal Party Committee and Government in 2014, Xianyang Public Bicycle No.1

The phase project has been implemented as planned, and by the end of November 2014, the first batch of 1000 public bicycles had been unveiled in the urban area. The Xianyang Public Bicycle System operates in accordance with the principles of "government led, public welfare and convenience, financial support, company operation, and urban management supervision". In order to ensure the continuous operation of public bicycles, the Xianyang Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau has established four working groups, including comprehensive coordination, on-site planning, operation supervision, and emergency dispatch, responsible for overall coordination and operation supervision.
