The existence of an enterprise cannot be solely for the purpose of making money. Enterprises should also serve society, create culture, provide employment opportunities, and provide high-quality products and services to consumers at affordable prices. These are all goals that enterprises should have.

Space Cardan is an electric bicycle manufacturer who understands the responsibility and mission of the enterprise. In September 2020, after learning about the employment issues of deaf and mute people with disabilities, Mr. Zhang personally went to the deaf and mute center and saw that their employment was troubled by congenital or acquired diseases. He immediately decided to help these deaf and mute people solve their employment problems.

After Mr. Zhang returned to the company, he immediately held a management discussion meeting, and almost all of the management said that it was inconvenient and difficult to communicate with people with disabilities and deaf mute to manage Wait a minute. Mr. Zhang recalled the faces of the deaf mute center yearning for job opportunities, resolutely disregarding the opposition of all management and determined to contribute a little to society.

After providing stable employment opportunities for 40 deaf and mute people with disabilities on Space Cardan for a week, over 20 deaf and mute people arrived at the Heavenly Axis and began a week of unified training. After passing the operation, they were able to start working. At present, Tianzhang has provided stable employment opportunities for 40 deaf and mute people.

Mr. Zhang said, "China currently does not lack business people who can make money, but it lacks a group of socially responsible entrepreneurs and employees who lack a sense of responsibility."A company without a sense of responsibility is destined to fail as it is a worthless employee. Sense of responsibility comes from within, and it manifests as self-awareness and self-awareness. There are many electric vehicle manufacturers, and how to stand out among them may require a sense of responsibility, integrity, and industry conscience. Enterprises should be responsible to society, thus forming a sense of social responsibility. Tianzhou strives to be a socially responsible enterprise.
