The transmission shaft of a bicycle is driven by a transmission shaft, which is composed of a five way joint, a middle pipe, and various gears. It is a new transmission method used in bicycles and electric vehicles, replacing chains. The principle is to use a pair of bevel gears to convert the transmission torque from lateral to longitudinal, then transmit the torque to the rear of the transmission shaft through the gears, and then convert the longitudinal torque to lateral through a pair of bevel gears. Finally, the torque is transmitted to the wheels through a flower drum to drive the bicycle.

1. The transmission shaft of a bicycle is a precise small transmission shaft, which is not as rough as the transmission shaft of a car. It requires high precision in gear machining, and the gear accuracy is not high, which can cause clicking noise during operation.
2.The bite degree of the gear determines whether torque can be transmitted in a timely manner, so if the bite of the gear is not good, there may be a clicking sound problem, which depends on the skill of the assembly technician.

3. The transmission shaft is fully sealed and lubricated with grease for rotation. If the internal environment is not lubricated enough, there may also be a clicking sound problem.
The above is the answer to the question of why other brands of transmission shaft bicycles make a clicking sound.

The gear accuracy of the Space Cardan transmission shaft bicycle reaches two strands, combined with imported synergistic grease, so there will definitely be no clicking noise during cycling.
