Consumers usually have a misunderstanding of the cycle life stated in the instruction manual, thinking that the battery life will be reduced by one charge, so each time the battery power is consumed to the controller's protection voltage of 31.5V before starting to replenish the power, not knowing that this will not only fail to protect the battery, but also shorten the battery life. Therefore, consumers are reminded that, where possible, the battery should be replenished in time.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to continue riding when the indicator light shows undervoltage. Some consumers riding in the halfway, the indicator light shows under-voltage condition, take a break and then ride a section of the way, this is very harmful to the battery, serious over-discharge will make the battery salt or generate lead dendrites, so that the battery short circuit, affecting the life.
