Chargers

The charger is a device that replenishes the battery with electrical energy. There are generally two modes of charging: two-stage and three-stage. Two-stage charging mode: first constant voltage charging, charging current gradually decreases as the battery voltage rises, after the battery has been replenished to a certain level, the battery voltage will rise to the charger's set value, and then switch to trickle charging. Three-stage charging mode: when charging starts, constant current charging is used to quickly replenish the battery; when the battery voltage rises, it is converted to constant voltage charging, at which time the battery energy is slowly replenished and the battery voltage continues to rise; when the charger's end-of-charge voltage value is reached, it is converted to trickle charging to maintain the battery and supply the battery with self-discharge current.

Battery

Batteries are the accompanying energy source that provides the energy for electric vehicles, which mainly use a combination of lead-acid batteries. NiMH and Li-ion batteries have also been used in some light folding electric bikes.

Tips for use: The main controller board is the main circuit of the electric vehicle and has a large working current, which can emit a large amount of heat. Therefore, do not leave the bike in the sun or in the rain for a long time to avoid malfunctioning of the controller.

Controller

The controller is the component that controls the speed of the motor and is the core of the electric system of the electric vehicle, with under-voltage, current-limiting or over-current protection functions. The intelligent controller also has a variety of riding modes and a self-test function for the electrical components of the whole vehicle. The controller is the core component for the energy management and various control signal processing of the electric vehicle.
