1、 Feed: The bicycle factory feeds pipe materials.
2、 Material preparation: (The premise of material preparation is that everything is based on the drawing data.) After the pipes come in, they are classified, placed, and labeled according to the length and diameter of each pipe required by the frame drawing.
3、 Front Triangle Assembly: The front triangle assembly has a dedicated assembly platform that can be adjusted according to the shape of the frame. After adjusting the assembly mold, a sample will be spot welded out. First, the angle and data will be compared according to the drawing, and then the centerline will be tested on the platform until it meets the standard.
4、 Front triangle welding: After the front triangle is assembled, it is welded. After the front triangle is welded, inspectors will inspect its welding quality.
5、 Correction of the front triangle: After the inspection is completed, it is time to correct the front triangle. On the calibration platform, the frame calibration is based on the five joints (including the calibration of the entire frame), with the center line of the five joints as the centerline. It is required that the entire frame, regardless of the head pipe, upper pipe, lower pipe, middle pipe, or rear fork, must be parallel on a centerline.
6、 Assembly of the rear triangle: This process is similar to the front triangle in that it has an additional front triangle.
7、 Spot welding brake seat: After the entire frame is welded, spot welding the brake seat is carried out. Welding the brake seat without correcting the symmetry of the rear fork of the frame is not feasible during the subsequent brake seat correction process.
8、 Twisted holes in the frame: It is necessary to use a cutter to clean the inner diameter of the middle pipe (the size of the cutter varies according to the diameter of the middle pipe). After twisting the hole, conduct a full inspection, store it in the warehouse - post-processing - painting Let's discuss the following processes when we have time.
